Madrid Discovery offers through its website (hereinafter, “site”), the development and sale of tailor-made experiences in the cities of Madrid, Toledo, Segovia as well as in the main cities from Spain.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (“GTU”) are intended to apply exclusively between the Madrid Discovery site and all persons wishing to access the site and/or use the services offered from the site (hereinafter, ” the user “). All uses of the services offered via the Site automatically entail the application of these T&Cs. We invite you to read them carefully in order to become familiar with them.
We inform you that the provisions of these T&Cs are likely to be modified due to legislative and/or regulatory developments, without Madrid Discovery being held liable. The modifications will take effect when they are published on the site (unless otherwise indicated), to find out the date of the last update, we invite you to go to the bottom of this page. 2 - Definition of terms used
site : means the website of the company MNT Upscale S.L.
user : any Internet user who browses the site.
services: refers to all the services offered by Madrid Discovery, namely private experiences.
prospect : any Internet user who browses the site with a view to booking a visit.
customer : any Internet user who, after accessing the site, (i) subscribes to the newsletter, and/or (ii) requests a quote, and/or (iii) accepts a proposal for travel services received from Madrid Discovery.
3 - Use of the Madrid Discovery website
The Madrid Discovery site is accessible free of charge from anywhere by any user with internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the services remain at his expense. Similarly, Madrid Discovery cannot be held responsible for any internet connection problem attributable to any equipment and/or operator used by the user. From the site, users have access to the following information and/or services:
- A range of varied experiences (private / group) focusing on the city of Madrid and its surroundings.
- Detailed information on the various services offered by Madrid Discovery (free access to all Internet users).
4 - Warranty and Liability
Madrid Discovery will make its best efforts to allow access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of Madrid Discovery and subject to any breakdowns and necessary maintenance interventions. to the proper functioning of the site.
Indeed, for the proper management of the site, Madrid Discovery may at any time:
- Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the site, reserve access to the site, or to certain parts of the site.
- Delete any information that could disrupt the operation of the site or conflict with applicable regulations.

Madrid Discovery is the property of MNT Upscale S.L. Unauthorized use of this Mark is prohibited by law. Nothing in the Service or the T&Cs should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this Service without Madrid Discovery’s prior written permission specific for each use.
